Terms & Conditions for php889 Platform Use

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" refers to the php889 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services accessible at php889.net.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the php889 Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) funds held in a Player's php889 wallet at any given time, including both real-money funds and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins equivalent value, or incentive amounts credited to an Account by php889 under a specific promotion.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited directly by the Player via an approved payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by PAGCOR regulations and php889's internal compliance policies.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority under whose framework php889 operates.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to the voluntary process by which a Player requests that their Account be suspended for a defined period or permanently.

2 Eligibility

Use of the php889 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. php889 strictly enforces this requirement and will permanently close any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years old.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your use of php889 complies with the laws of your location.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognised gaming regulatory authority.
• You must be acting as an individual and not on behalf of a corporation, trust, or other legal entity for the purposes of gambling on the Platform.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of php889 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software vendors.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on php889, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per person: Each individual may hold only one active Account on php889. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. php889 is not responsible for delays or losses caused by inaccurate account information.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your php889 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
• KYC verification: php889 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on all registered Accounts. You agree to provide identity documents — such as a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method — upon request. Failure to complete KYC may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
• Account currency: All php889 Accounts operate exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No other currency is supported on the Platform.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on php889 are conducted in Philippine Pesos through the approved payment channels listed on the Platform's cashier page. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the Player's account verification status.
• Deposits via GCash and PayMaya typically reflect in your php889 wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one business day.
• php889 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are your sole responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your php889 Account must be sourced from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be reversed.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply and are detailed in the cashier section of the Platform.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard. php889 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. php889 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times.
• php889 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification. Where a Player has active Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements, only Real Money Funds in excess of the Bonus balance may be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

php889 offers promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion's terms before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited in the form of Bonus Funds and are separate from Real Money Funds in your Account wallet. Real Money Funds are wagered first before Bonus Funds, unless the Platform's cashier configuration states otherwise.
• Participation in any php889 promotion is limited to one claim per Account, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• php889 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn, any Bonus Funds already credited and subject to active wagering requirements will be honoured for the duration of the original time limit.
• Attempting to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk bet hedging, collusion with other players to exploit promotions, or use of automated betting systems — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and potential permanent Account closure.
• Promotional offers on php889 are available to players aged 21 and above only, subject to full KYC verification.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

The following terms govern gameplay on the php889 Platform:

• All games available on php889 are supplied by internationally licensed game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. php889 does not control game outcomes and does not intervene in individual game results.
• Each game on the Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before wagering.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error that disrupts a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any stakes wagered in that round will be returned to the Player's Account. php889 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond this remedy.
• Quoted Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live dealer game results are final once confirmed by the dealer and the game system. No claims for reversal based on Player misunderstanding of game rules will be accepted once a round is closed.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on php889 and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account or using another person's Account credentials.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic device to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or share information in real-time during multiplayer games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, game servers, or security systems.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or any source that violates applicable Philippine law.
• Circumventing a Self-Exclusion by registering a new Account during an active exclusion period.
• Engaging in any conduct that php889 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful toward other Players or php889 staff.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the php889 Platform — including but not limited to the php889 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces supplied under licence, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of php889 or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from php889.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to php889 regarding the Platform may be used by php889 without obligation or compensation to you.

9 Privacy and Data

php889's collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the php889 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the php889 Privacy Policy in full.

• Session Time Reminders: Set a reminder that notifies you when you have been logged into your Account for a specified duration.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a short defined period of 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php889's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

php889 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any losses resulting from reliance on Platform content.

php889 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors, or free of harmful components. The Platform and all its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

php889 is not responsible for any internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages — including payment provider downtimes — that affect your use of the Platform or result in financial loss.

12 Amendments to These Terms

php889 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, php889 will notify registered Account holders via email to the address on file and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon next login.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 13 below.

The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at php889.net/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

13 Account Termination

Termination by You: You may request closure of your php889 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your wallet will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no funds are subject to active wagering requirements or under investigation.

Termination by php889: php889 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
• A regulatory requirement or legal obligation requiring php889 to suspend or close the Account.

Where an Account is closed by php889 due to a breach of these Terms, php889 reserves the right to forfeit the Account balance. Where closure is initiated by php889 for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations.

In the event of a dispute between you and php889 relating to your Account, a game outcome, or a financial transaction, you should first contact php889 customer support to seek resolution. php889 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint submitted to [email protected].

If a dispute cannot be resolved through php889's internal complaint process, it may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable regulations.

Both parties agree that any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
